1. Our Logistics Partner
All our shipments are carried out in cooperation with InPost. We have chosen this partner due to their speed and high quality of customer service.
- Courier delivery: Packages are delivered directly to the specified address.
- Parcel Lockers: Due to the large dimensions of our lamps and the necessity of using thick protective layers, we do not offer delivery to Parcel Lockers. The safety of your order is our priority.
2. Order Fulfillment Time
We know you can’t wait for new light in your interior. Delivery time depends on product availability:
- In-stock products: We ship within 24 hours. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
- Made-to-order products (from manufacturer): For lamps sourced directly from foreign manufacturers, the waiting time is usually 2 to 3 weeks. Information about the waiting time can always be found on the product page.
Availability information is displayed next to the price after selecting a variant.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free delivery: We offer free delivery for all orders over PLN 249.99.
- Orders below PLN 250: Shipping cost is automatically calculated in the cart during checkout.
4. Secure Package Guarantee (Armored Shipping)
Lamps are fragile products, which is why we have developed our own packaging system:
- Interior: We use custom-fitted styrofoam molds that immobilize the lamp inside the carton.
- Exterior: A sturdy carton secured with black stretch film.
- Chandeliers and large items: For the most delicate shipments, we use an additional wooden protective frame to prevent the structure from being crushed.
5. Receiving the Shipment – Important!
Please check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier. If you notice damage to the carton or hear the sound of broken glass:
- Draw up a damage report with the courier.
- Inform us immediately. Remember: We only have 7 days from the date of receiving the package to report a complaint regarding transit damage to InPost. Your quick reaction allows us to immediately send a new product or issue a refund.
6. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch of the package, you will receive an email from us with the consignment note number. This allows you to track your lamp’s journey on the InPost website in real-time.
7. International Shipping
We fulfill orders throughout the European Union. The cost of international shipping is determined individually in the cart after selecting the delivery country.
