1. Shipping and Delivery

  • What is the order processing time? We typically ship in-stock products within 1-2 business days. If a given model is out of stock, the handling time is usually 2–3 weeks.
  • What is the delivery cost? It depends on your country and product. The cost is avaialbe to see in your checkout.
  • Where do you ship to? We ship within Poland and to most EU countries, including among others to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Nordic and Baltic countries.

2. Returns and Guarantee

  • How much time do I have to return a product? We offer an extended cooling-off period—you can return the product within 40 days from the date of delivery.
  • What is the warranty period? All our lighting fixtures are covered by a 3-year warranty.

3. Payment and invoices

  • What payment methods are available? We support secure PayNow (mBank) payments, including: BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards, and traditional transfers.

4. Technical Support and Installation

  • Do you offer installation assistance? Yes, we provide technical support. If you have any questions regarding the installation of our lamps, please contact us at support@lumiesta.com.
  • Are light bulbs included in the set? Yes, we include matching LED bulbs with our lamps, so the product is ready to use right after installation.
  • Can the light intensity differ from the description? The acceptable manufacturing tolerance is ±10% in terms of light intensity and color, which is due to the specific nature of natural materials.

  • How long does it take to receive a project quote? We usually respond to inquiries on the same day. The maximum waiting time for an individual project quote is 2-3 business days.
