Six slender arms radiate from a central point, supporting cylindrical alabaster shades. Carrara is an alabaster chandelier whose regular structure contrasts with the free-flowing patterns of the stone. Plenty of open space between the shades keeps the metal geometry clearly visible even when you look at the light from below.

Design and materials

The upright shades rest on straight arms whose bent ends run along the sides of the stone cylinders. A slender rod extends from the central joint to the round ceiling rose, maintaining the pared-back lines of the structure. Copper and alabaster offer two different types of surface: uniform metal and stone with irregular tonal transitions and veining. Each piece of natural alabaster has its own pattern, so the markings on the shades will not be identical on two lights.

Light and comfort

When switched on, the alabaster cylinders glow softly, highlighting the structure of the stone. Whether the lighting feels warm or cool depends primarily on the light source you choose, not on the colour of the metal arms. For relaxed evenings at the table, choose a compatible warm-white light source, for example 2700 K.
