Travertine chandeliers

How to choose a travertine chandelier size

Add the room length and width in metres and multiply by 10 for an approximate diameter in centimetres. Above a table, the chandelier should be about 30 cm narrower than the top.

  • × 10Room length plus width in metres, times 10, gives the diameter in cm.
  • 30 cmHow much narrower than the table top a chandelier should be.
  • 75-90 cmFrom the table top to the bottom of the chandelier.
  • 210 cmMinimum clearance below the chandelier in walkways.

Linear, round or candle-style?

A linear travertine and wood chandelier suits a long table. A round ring anchors a living room or square dining room. Curved candle-style arms add a classic touch to interiors with character.

Ceiling and installation

Stone weighs more than glass or metal, so fix the chandelier to the structural ceiling. Plan reinforcement for suspended ceilings. Dimensions are on the product page; have an electrician install it.

Questions about travertine chandeliers

Which travertine chandelier for a dining table?

A linear travertine and wood lamp above a long rectangular table. Above a round table, use a ring or round bowl about 30 cm narrower than the table top.

How high should a chandelier hang above a table?

The bottom usually hangs 75-90 cm above the table top. In walkways, leave at least about 210 cm above the floor.

How much does a travertine chandelier cost?

From 312,00 €. Half the models start below 890 €. Prices as of October 2026.

Is a travertine chandelier heavy?

Heavier than a glass or metal one because it contains stone. It is fixed to the structural ceiling. We can provide the specific model’s weight before purchase.

Can I order a chandelier in another size?

Yes. To order, we can change the fitting size, travertine shade and metal finish. The lead time is agreed with the quote.

Will every lamp look like the photo?

Shape, size and fittings will match. Pores and stone shade always differ slightly because each element is cut from another piece of travertine. This is a feature of natural stone, not a defect.

Not sure which model to choose?

Tell us about the room and the ceiling height. We will suggest a model, size and finish.
