Design and materials

A straight metal stem extends from a small, round ceiling rose, with the curved arms meeting around it. The spherical shades sit at different heights, giving the arrangement a freer feel than an even row of lights. Irregular veining and subtle tonal transitions are visible in the pale alabaster, breaking up the uniform white. Fine metal lines contrast with the solid forms of the stone globes - this model also looks good when switched off.
