Write to usRetan - Elongated alabaster pendant lamp, gold-white/black-white, 60/80/100/120 cm length
Are you looking for a light that will evenly illuminate a long table while adding calm elegance to the interior? Retan combines the natural glow of alabaster with a minimalist, elongated form - designed to highlight the space without dominating it. The result is a lamp that organizes the composition of the dining area or kitchen island and creates a warm, mature atmosphere.
Why this lamp?
- Alabaster - softly diffuses light, reducing glare and creating a cozy atmosphere around the table.
- Elongated line - directs light along the countertop so the entire surface is useful and clear.
- Two finishes (gold and white or black and white) - easily match the lamp to cooler or warmer palettes in the interior.
- Four lengths (60/80/100/120 cm) - choose the proportion ideal for a small table, island, or long countertop.
- LED and dimming - an energy-efficient light source with selectable color temperature (warm/cool) and mood control.
Design and materials
Retan is a linear lamp whose charm is built from the duo of natural stone and precisely finished details. The alabaster shade displays a subtle stone grain - the material acts as a natural diffuser, gently spreading the light. The slim profile with a height of 6 cm looks lightweight, so the lamp does not visually burden the room, even in the longer variants.
Decorative elements and details in the gold-white or black-white color option allow you to control the visual temperature of the arrangement: gold adds softness and elegance, black provides graphic discipline and contrast. The combination of alabaster and copper is a recipe for a durable yet tasteful form that withstands intensive, everyday use.
Light and comfort
Light passing through alabaster is pleasantly even, making the work area and gathering zone functional from edge to edge. You choose the light color: Warm or Cool to fit the mood to the situation:
- Warm - ideal for dinners, conversations, relaxation; it warms wood and fabrics.
- Cool - works well for tasks, cooking, and cleaning; it enhances detail clarity.
Dimming capability allows a smooth transition from bright, task-oriented light to a soft evening dimness - with one gesture you change the character of the entire area.
Where it fits
- Dining room: above a rectangular table the lamp organizes the composition and provides light for all seats.
- Kitchen island: the linear form illuminates the worktop along its entire length without harsh shadows.
- Living room: above a console or coffee table it defines an axis of the arrangement and adds a noble, discreet setting.
- Study: above a desk it supports concentration (cool light), and in the evening promotes relaxation (warm light).

Choosing tips
- For a table approx. 120-140 cm you typically choose a lamp 60-80 cm to maintain proportions and visual comfort.
- For a table approx. 160-200 cm a 100-120 cm model works well so the light covers the entire length of the countertop.
- If the interior has strong contrasts (black frames, dark stone), go for “Black and white”; with warm tones and wood choose “Gold and white”.
- When planning the mood: for everyday use choose Cool for work and cooking; in the evening switch to Warm and use dimming.
