Compare the whole arrangement with your table, not just one shade. Small pendants can form a group; a single one lights a smaller area. Check the number of shades in the selected variant and the suspension length in the specifications. Start around 75-90 cm above the tabletop and check sightlines.

Alabastrina - modern black-and-white pendant lamp

Are you looking for a light that will evenly illuminate the table while also emphasizing the character of the interior? Alabastrina is a black-and-white pendant lamp that combines the natural glow of stone with a modern form, producing soft, comfortable light and a distinctive stylistic accent.

Thanks to its round shape and alabaster shade, you’ll get elegant, soothing illumination - ideal for everyday gatherings, working at the table, or evening relaxation in the living room.

Why this lamp?

Natural alabaster - subtly diffuses light, creating a cozy atmosphere and reducing harsh shadows.
Black + white contrast - a modern, striking accent that organizes the space and highlights the arrangement’s lines.
Three diameters to choose from - easily match proportions to the table, kitchen island, or seating area.
LED: Yes - energy-efficient everyday lighting, with the option of warm or cool light color.
Stylistic coherence - the design fits Modern, Designer and Art Deco trends, so you can effortlessly combine it with other furnishings.

Design and materials

Alabastrina is based on a combination of two noble materials: alabaster and metal. The shade made of natural stone has a gently translucent structure - this way the light doesn’t glare, but smoothly envelops the space. The round shape and black-and-white color scheme (variant Black+White) introduce a clear rhythm and balance - the lamp becomes a strong but not flashy element of the composition.

The proportions are well thought out: diameters of 60, 80 or 100 cm allow you to adjust the lamp’s visual dominance to the scale of the room. The metal structure organizes the whole and emphasizes the edges, while the alabaster adds softness and natural veining.

Light and comfort

Alabaster acts like a natural diffuser: it disperses the beam, reduces glare and softens the contrast between the tabletop and the surroundings. In practice this means comfort during shared meals, reading or working on a laptop - without harsh, eye-straining light.

You choose the light color depending on the function of the space: warm promotes relaxation and evening conversations, cool helps concentration and highlights clarity of details. The LED solution supports everyday energy savings and stable light quality.

Where it fits

Dining room - above a rectangular or round table it provides even light distribution on the tabletop and comfort during meals.
Kitchen island - a round, wide beam helps illuminate the central work and gathering area.
Living room - as a central accent above a coffee table or in the seating area it creates a warm, cohesive atmosphere.
Study/home office - a cooler light color supports focus, while alabaster protects visual comfort.
Hallway - it organizes the circulation axis and adds elegance from the moment you enter.

Practical tip for choosing a diameter “for the tabletop”: generally a lamp with a diameter of about 1/2-2/3 of the table/island width works well. In larger rooms you can opt for a stronger, 100-centimeter accent.

Variants - match it to your space

Variant color: Black+White - a clear contrast and modern elegance that pairs with both light and dark interiors.
Variant light color: Warm / Cool
- Warm - a cozy atmosphere for the living room and dining room.
- Cool - energizing, clear light for work or the kitchen.
Variant size:
- Diameter 60cm x Height 50cm - a compact choice for smaller tables (e.g. 4-person) or an island with a narrower top.
- Diameter 80cm x Height 60cm - a universal scale for most dining rooms and day zones.
- Diameter 100cm x Height 60cm - a bold accent for large living rooms and long tables.

Selection tips

For a table 120-160 cm long, a diameter of about 60-80 cm usually works well.
For a table 180-220 cm long, people often choose a diameter closer to 80-100 cm.
If the lamp is to be a central accent in a large living room, choose a larger diameter for better visual balance.
Warm light color builds atmosphere, cool highlights details and supports activity - match it to the zone’s function.

Choose your variant

Select the diameter and light color that best suit your space and see how the natural glow of alabaster transforms the interior’s atmosphere.
