Design and materials

Giglio is an impressive arrangement of glass tubes/prisms, layered in a circle. As you approach, you’ll see how each glass element works with the light: edges gently refract it, and the colored tint adds warmth and depth. The metal frame in a nickel finish creates subtle, modern outlines – it doesn’t distract from the glass but beautifully showcases it. The proportions are well thought out: the lower version (44 cm) works well with standard ceilings, while the taller ones (68–75 cm) create a stronger, “palatial” effect over a larger table or in an open living room.

Colored glass serves a dual function here. First, it works like a filter – adding softness and an elegant tint to the light. Selection tips

• Choose the lamp diameter so that it typically occupies 1/2–2/3 of the table width – this ensures proportion and comfortable lighting.
• For a table for 4–6 people Ø50 cm usually works best; for larger tops and open living rooms – Ø66 cm.
• In lower rooms choose the H 44 cm variant; the taller ones (H 68–75 cm) look best where you have greater room volume.
• If you plan to dim, select dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer right away – it’s easier to build an evening atmosphere.
