Use of the service Lumiesta makes every effort to ensure that the use of the service is uninterrupted and secure, however, it does not guarantee that the website will always be free from technical errors or access interruptions. The user agrees that access to services may be temporarily suspended or restricted for technical reasons without prior notice.

2. Product warranty and quality Despite general disclaimers regarding the operation of the service, Lumiesta provides a full, 3-year warranty on all offered lighting fixtures.

• Material specifications: Due to the use of natural materials such as alabaster, marble, or travertine, a production tolerance in light intensity and color of ±10% is acceptable.
• Color display: Actual product colors may slightly differ from those presented on screen due to individual monitor settings.

3. Liability

• Lumiesta Sp. z o.o. and its employees and suppliers are not liable for lost profits, revenues, or data resulting from improper use of the service, unless the law provides otherwise.
• We reserve the right to introduce design and price changes to our offer without prior notice.

4. Consumer Rights These disclaimers do not in any way limit the consumer rights granted under mandatory provisions of Polish law. Any provisions contrary to consumer law are considered null and void, and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act apply in their place.
