Gatsby - Modern white alabaster wall sconce

Looking for a light that doesn’t tire the eyes while adding a touch of class to your interior? This white wall sconce made of natural alabaster and brass creates a soft, atmospheric glow and an elegant accent on the wall. It’s a subtle yet distinctive detail that brings order to the space and elevates its visual standard in the living room, bedroom, hallway, or study.

Thanks to its compact proportions, you can easily fit it even into narrow wall sections. And because it uses the popular E14 base, you decide the character of the light yourself - from a decorative Edison bulb to an energy-saving LED.

Why this lamp?

Natural alabaster - gently diffuses light, reduces glare and builds a cozy atmosphere.
Brass finish - a warm, golden accent adds class to the interior and pairs well with many color palettes.
Compact format - Diameter 14 cm i wysokość 18,5 cm makes installation easier in smaller spaces and on narrow wall sections.
Universal E14 base - choose an LED or Edison bulb up to 60 W to match the intensity and character of the light to the scene.
Art Deco and modern style - a timeless design that complements both classic and contemporary interiors without the risk of being overstyled.

Design and materials

Gatsby combines white, semi-translucent alabaster with a brass (gold/brass) detail to create an elegant, noble composition. The shade made of natural stone has characteristic streaks and veins - each piece looks slightly different, giving you a unique decorative element.

The proportions are balanced: the delicate alabaster disc visually “sets” the light away from the wall, while the brass accent unifies the whole into a coherent form. This is a lamp that doesn’t dominate but consciously complements the overall arrangement - introducing a sense of order, symmetry and the warmth of the material.

Light and comfort

Alabaster acts like a natural diffuser: it scatters light, softens contrasts and creates a gentle, even glow. As a result, the sconce doesn’t dazzle and subtly emphasizes wall textures and objects nearby.

Everyday comfort - ideal for evening relaxation, reading in bed (with a properly chosen bulb) or mood lighting for zones in the living room.
Flexibility - the E14 base lets you choose a bulb for the function: LED for energy efficiency or Edison for decorative, warm glow.
Light aesthetics - the stone subtly filters the beam, highlighting the natural veining of the shade and adding depth to the interior.

Where it fits

Bedroom - a pair of sconces on both sides of the bed can replace bedside lamps, freeing up space on tables and tidying the headboard composition.
Living room - as a light accent above a console, by an art gallery, or in the seating area; it warms the mood and brings out textures.
Hallway and foyer - arranged rhythmically they guide the eye, create a sense of order and improve comfort when moving around after dark.
Dining room/kitchen - as a discreet mood point on the wall that complements the main lighting and adds background light during dinner.
Study - the gentle glow supports concentration and work without excessive light contrasts.

Set the height so the light is slightly above eye level in the given zone (standing or sitting) - you’ll avoid glare.
In the hallway, space the sconces at equal intervals and at the same height - you’ll gain a consistent rhythm and pleasant continuity of light.
Choose the bulb according to function: a warmer color promotes relaxation, a neutral tone emphasizes details and wall colors.
