Selection tips

• Above a table choose a lamp with a diameter of about 1/2–2/3 of the tabletop width – this ensures proportion and comfortable visibility for people seated on both sides.
• Set the height so that the lower edge of the lamp is roughly at the eye level of a standing person at the counter or slightly lower above a table – you’ll avoid glare and preserve freedom of conversation.
