Selection tips

• Above a table or island, it’s common to leave 70–85 cm between the bottom edge of the lamp and the surface – comfortable for the eyes and unobstructed communication.
• For an island 120–180 cm long, 2–3 fixtures placed at equal intervals look good; for a smaller island opt for 1–2 pieces.
• If the ceiling is lower, shorten the suspension so the lamp doesn’t enter the field of view when standing or sitting.
