Will this size fit?

Compare the whole arrangement with your table, not just one shade. Small pendants can form a group; a single one lights a smaller area. Check the number of shades in the selected variant and the suspension length in the specifications. Start around 75-90 cm above the tabletop and check sightlines.

Mordena - Modern Cube pendant lamp - alabaster gold/white

Looking for a light that will evenly illuminate the table, warm the space and add a touch of sophistication to your interior? The Modern Cube combines the natural glow of alabaster with elegant gold, creating a calm, cozy atmosphere and a clear, designer accent in the dining room, living room or kitchen.

This is a lamp that solves everyday lighting issues: it provides soft, non-glare light, builds atmosphere, and with three diameters you can easily match it to the scale of the room and the length of the countertop.

Why this lamp?

Natural alabaster - subtly diffuses the light beam, reduces glare and softens shadows above the countertop.
Gold / brass accent and white - a timeless finish that adds elegance without excess.
Three diameters (70 / 96 / 120 cm) - fit the proportions to your table, island or the central part of the living room.
G9 socket and LED - convenient bulb replacement, energy-efficient light, dimming capability.
Metal + stone - durable construction that maintains shape and appearance for years.

Design and materials

The Modern Cube catches the eye with a sculptural composition of geometric forms. Shades made of natural alabaster have delicate, unique veining - each piece looks like a small work of nature. Paired with a gold (brass) frame, the whole creates a harmonious, modern unit: warm in perception, yet distinct in line. The proportions are balanced - the white stone tones down the metal’s shine, while the gold enhances the alabaster’s nobility.

This design works well both in minimalist spaces and in interiors with a more classic character. The photos show how softly illuminated alabaster volumes create atmosphere, while the metal structure adds lightness and order to the composition.

Light and comfort

Alabaster acts as a natural filter - diffusing the light, so you get a pleasant, even glow over the table or island. This translates into comfort during meals, working on a laptop or evening conversations: no harsh shadows or tiring reflections. By choosing G9 LED bulbs, you can tailor the lighting character to the room’s function - from cozy relaxation to brighter light for everyday activities. If you opt for dimming, with one move you can switch the interior from “work” mode to “evening gathering”.

Where it fits

Dining room - above a 4-10-person table, where even illumination of plates and easy eye contact matter. Alabaster creates soft light ideal for dinners and family gatherings.
Kitchen island - as a central, representative accent in the living area; the light is easy on the eyes during cooking and everyday conversations at the countertop.
Living room - above a coffee table or in the seating area; the lamp unifies the arrangement and introduces a warm ambiance.
Bedroom / study - the gentle alabaster glow promotes relaxation or calm work.
Hallway / foyer - an elegant, welcoming first impression that elevates the entrance’s prestige.

Variants - choose the proportions for the space

Variant color: Gold and white - a coherent combination of alabaster white and gold details, easy to pair with light wood, stone and modern cabinetry.
Diameter 70cm - a neat choice for a 4-6-person table, compact dining area or smaller island.
Diameter 96cm - a universal scale for a larger family table or an open-plan living room with kitchen.
Diameter 120cm - an impressive size for large spaces and long countertops; creates a spectacular focal point.

Selection tips

For a table approx. 120-160 cm, usually choose Diameter 70cm; for 160-200 cm - Diameter 96cm; over 200 cm - Diameter 120cm.
Try to make the lamp proportionally narrower than the tabletop - this maintains visual lightness and seating comfort.
Match the color temperature of G9 bulbs to the function: warmer for relaxation areas, more neutral for work and kitchen.
If you want to change the mood with one move, choose dimmable G9 bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

Choose your variant

Decide which diameter best suits your table or island, choose the “Gold and white” variant and add the Modern Cube to your cart - see how natural alabaster and gold will transform the atmosphere of your interior.
