Estrela - modern gold-white wall sconce, alabaster Ø26/55 cm

Looking for a light that warms the interior while elevating its class? Estrela combines the naturally soft glow of alabaster with an elegant gold finish. It’s a discreet yet expressive accent that organizes the wall composition and creates a pleasant atmosphere in the living room, bedroom, or a representative hallway.

Why this lamp?

Natural alabaster → softly diffuses light, building a cozy atmosphere without harsh glare.
Gold finish → adds a luxurious touch and warms the arrangement regardless of style (modern, modern classic, art déco).
Harmonious proportions (Ø 26 cm, H 55 cm) → a “sculptural” vertical effect that slims the wall and organizes the room’s rhythm.
Light source on a G9 base → you choose the bulb’s power and color temperature according to the room’s function.
Wall mounting and compatibility with a standard switch → seamless integration with existing installation.

Design and materials

Estrela pairs a round alabaster shade 26 cm in diameter with an elegant gold body. The 55 cm height creates a slender, vertical accent - like a subtle column of light that adds depth and rhythm to the wall. Gold details gently contrast with the white alabaster, presenting a clean and timeless look.

Alabaster, thanks to its milky structure, acts as a natural diffuser - it scatters light and emphasizes the softness of colors in the room. The metal body with a gold finish conveys a sense of quality and tidies the fixture’s line. The 27 cm projection from the wall provides a distinct presence while maintaining user comfort in narrower passages.

Light and comfort

The alabaster shade works like a filter: it removes harsh contrasts and softens the light, so the sconce can successfully replace side lamps, define zones, and create an atmospheric backdrop for conversations, reading, or relaxation. The G9 base allows the use of an LED or Edison bulb, so:
- you can adjust brightness to the room size,
- you can choose the preferred light color (warm for relaxation, more neutral for circulation),
- you maintain aesthetics - the source is hidden and the light effect is consistent.

The fixture is compatible with a standard wall switch, so its operation remains intuitive and convenient for everyday use.

Where it fits

Living room: hang singly above a sideboard or in pairs on either side of the sofa - you’ll get clear light zones and balanced symmetry.
Bedroom: mounted at the sides of the headboard, sconces free up bedside table space and provide soft, non-directional light ideal for winding down before sleep.
Hallway and corridor: a rhythm of several Estrelas introduces a representative character and evenly lights passageways.
Dining room: on the wall by the table or sideboard - it creates a warm backdrop for gatherings and highlights material textures.
Study: above or next to shelves and bookcases - it accentuates detail and makes working easier in a friendly, non-intrusive glow.

Tip: Estrela works great with mirrors, paintings, and textured wall coverings (stone, decorative plasters, wallpapers). The soft halo of light emphasizes details without competing with them.

Variants

Size: ∅ 26 cm x Height 55 cm - a universal dimension that works in living rooms, bedrooms, and corridors; expressive enough solo, yet easy to repeat rhythmically along a longer wall.
Color: Gold and white - the pairing of warm metal with milky alabaster provides an elegant, timeless effect and easy coordination with other interior accessories.

Selection tips

Choose the G9 bulb color temperature according to the zone’s function: warmer promotes relaxation, neutral increases clarity in circulation areas.
Install the sconce so the light does not glare when sitting or passing by - usually slightly above the eye line of an adult.
In a long corridor, repeat Estrela at equal intervals - overlapping light zones eliminate tiresome shadows.
When creating a pair beside a bed, mirror, or sideboard, maintain symmetry relative to the furniture/element’s axis - the interior will look orderly and refined.

Ready for a subtle, warm glow that transforms the atmosphere and highlights the interior’s style? Choose the Estrela variant and bring into your home a light you’ll want to return to.
