Coimbria - alabaster and copper 3/4-light pendant light

Copper pendant light, length 90 cm

Coimbria is a pendant light that brings together the natural refinement of copper and precisely balanced geometry. Its elongated, 90-centimetre form is more than just a light source - it becomes a central architectural feature of the interior. The design lets proportions and materials speak for themselves, dispensing with arbitrary decoration in favour of pure, functional elegance. It is a choice for those seeking lighting with character, capable of defining the atmosphere of a dining room or living room.

Why choose this light

• Authentic material: solid copper elements whose patina subtly deepens over time, giving the light individual character.
• Defined proportions: the elongated form, measuring 90 cm in length, anchors the space above a table, creating a distinct yet airy pool of light.
• A cohesive collection: part of the Alabaster range, making it easy to pair with wall lights and table lamps with the same refined finish.
• Ready for installation: a standard 230V power supply and compatibility with LED bulbs eliminate complications during installation and everyday use.

Design and materials

At the heart of Coimbria is copper - a material that brings a sense of craftsmanship and durability to an interior. Its warm, metallic sheen enlivens the minimalist form, making the light eye-catching even when switched off. The design draws on the strength of a clean line: a horizontal arm measuring 20 cm in width and 22 cm in height creates a harmonious, slender shape. This deliberate simplicity allows Coimbria to suit a variety of aesthetics - from understated modernism to interiors with a touch of Japandi, where honesty of materials and calm forms matter most.

Light and comfort

Coimbria’s lighting is designed with comfort in mind. The model uses a 30W LED light source, providing ample, glare-free light that is ideal for social spaces and everyday meals. The copper elements are not merely decorative: they also subtly warm the colour of the emitted light, creating an intimate, relaxing atmosphere. Connection to the electrical installation is straightforward - the light operates at a standard voltage of 230V, and its construction is ready for ceiling mounting without unnecessary adaptations.

Where it works best

• Above a long dining table, where its form emphasises the lines of the furniture and provides even lighting across the entire tabletop.
• In an open-plan living room, suspended centrally above a coffee table to define the seating area.
• Above a kitchen island in an apartment, combining functional task lighting with a distinctive design accent.
• In a commercial interior, such as a private office or boutique reception area, where first impressions and impeccable detail count.
