Budnick - Square ceiling lamp in brass and white

Looking for a focused light that at the same time organizes the space and gives it a refined character? The Budnick square flush mount combines natural alabaster with a warm brass tone, creating a calm, soft glow and a minimalist accent that easily fits modern interiors.

This is compact, easy-to-install lighting that doesn’t visually lower the room while bringing coziness and class to it.

Why this lamp?

Natural alabaster - subtly diffuses light, reduces glare and builds a warm atmosphere without harsh contrasts.
Brass finish - the golden tone adds elegance and warms the room’s look.
Compact, square form - ideal where visual order and space saving matter (hallway, entryway, low ceilings).
Two practical sizes - choose the scale of light and visual presence without sacrificing a cohesive style.
G9 socket - you can easily pick a bulb to achieve the desired mood (warmer for relaxation, neutral for work).

Design and materials

Budnick focuses on simplicity and clear proportions. The square block of white alabaster corresponds with a base in the Gold / Brass shade, creating a distinct yet unobtrusive accent. Alabaster - a stone with a delicate, milky pattern - introduces a soft, organic note to the interior. Each panel has subtle, natural variations in translucency and pattern, so the lamp doesn’t look “technical” but rather like a decorative detail.

The compact dimensions (variants of Diameter 12cm x Height 15cm or Diameter 15cm x Height 18cm) ensure the flush mount keeps a light visual presence while still being expressive enough to define zones in the home. The golden brass next to the alabaster enhances the depth of the white and emphasizes the lamp’s modern character, especially in arrangements with light wood, beiges, grays and stone.

Light and comfort

Alabaster acts as a natural diffuser: it scatters the beam and softens the edges of the light, giving you a pleasant ambient glow. This is important when you want to illuminate a hallway, entrance area or bedroom so that the light is functional but not tiring for the eyes. Thanks to the G9 socket you can choose the light source to suit the task - warmer for relaxation, neutral for everyday activities. The ceiling-mounted square flush mount doesn’t take up space, so it also works well with lower ceilings.

Where does it fit?

Entryway and hallway - rhythmically arranged ceiling points organize the circulation route and evenly illuminate the space.
Living room - as atmospheric, complementary lighting for the seating area; pairs well with a floor lamp and wall-mounted points.
Bedroom - centrally, for soft general lighting; alabaster supports a calm atmosphere.
Kitchen - as a flush mount over the work line or dining area when you don’t want a hanging lamp.
Office/home study - an aesthetic, tidy light point that doesn’t dominate the frame during video calls.

Variants

Variant color: Brass and white

Diameter 12cm x Height 15cm - a compact option for smaller spaces and narrow hallways; a good choice if you plan several points in a row without overloading the ceiling.
Diameter 15cm x Height 18cm - a slightly larger scale for a more pronounced visual presence; works well as a single accent in medium rooms.

Technical specification

Material: Alabaster, Brass
Color: White; Gold / Brass
Style: Modern
Socket type: G9
Mounting type: ceiling (flush mount)
Size variants: Diameter 12cm x Height 15cm; Diameter 15cm x Height 18cm

Tips for choosing

Choose 12 cm when you want a discreet, repeatable light point in narrow passages; opt for 15 cm if you want to emphasize the zone more.
With lower ceilings, a flush mount will be safer and visually lighter than a hanging fixture.
Need even lighting for a longer hallway? Plan several fixtures at equal intervals instead of one larger one.
For a cozy atmosphere choose a warmer G9 bulb; for household tasks a more neutral color temperature works best.
