Asteria - Round alabaster table lamp, black and white

Are you looking for light that doesn’t tire the eyes while adding character to your interior? The round Asteria made of natural alabaster combines soft, pleasant lighting with a striking black-and-white accent. It’s a lamp that organizes the space, warms the atmosphere, and subtly highlights the room’s style.

Thanks to its compact proportions and timeless color duo, it’s suitable for a bedside table, a console in the living room, or a desk. Its role is simple: to create comfort and cohesion - without glare, without chaos.

Why this lamp?

Natural alabaster - the stone subtly diffuses light, creating a cozy atmosphere and reducing harsh shadows.
Round form + contrast of black and white - a minimalist, modern accent that tidies the composition of furniture and décor.
Compact dimensions - Diameter 35cm x Height 37cm is a size you can easily fit on a bedside table, desk, or console.
LED: Yes - compatibility with LED makes it easy to choose the color temperature and intensity of the light for different scenarios: relaxing, working, reading.
Dimmable: Yes - adjust the brightness to the time of day and mood.
Metal construction - a durable base provides stability and an elegant finish.

Design and materials

Asteria is pure geometry: a round alabaster shade seated on a simple metal base. The combination of white natural stone with black metal creates a bold yet unobtrusive contrast - making the lamp look modern while remaining timeless.

Alabaster, as a stone with a delicate grain, introduces soft depth to the interior. The visible veining means each piece has its own character. The round form visually organizes the space: it neatly completes arrangements with right angles (desk, dresser), but also harmonizes beautifully with the soft lines of a sofa or bed.

The lamp’s proportions (35 cm diameter, 37 cm height) are thought out with ergonomics in mind - the shade does not dominate the surface, and the base leaves room for a book, notebook, or decorations.

Light and comfort

Alabaster acts like a natural diffuser: it disperses light evenly and softly, making the surroundings calmer and reducing eye strain. The effect is friendly both for evening relaxation and for working on a laptop or reading.

Compatibility with LED allows you to choose the source color to suit the function: warmer for the bedroom and relaxation areas or neutral for the office and living room. Dimmable provides flexibility - lower the brightness when you want to create mood, raise it when you need focus.

Where does it fit?

Living room - place it on a console beside the sofa; you’ll gain a light point that doesn’t compete with the TV and won’t cause glare.
Bedroom - on a bedside table it provides warm, diffused light for reading and winding down before sleep.
Study / home office - on a desk or sideboard it brings a calm, focusing atmosphere and complements the arrangement.
Hallway and dining room - on a dresser or buffet it will subtly illuminate the wall and decorations, creating a welcoming backdrop.

Variants

Black and white - Diameter 35cm x Height 37cm - a universal size for a bedside table, desk, console, or dresser; the bold contrast of colors organizes modern interiors and adds rhythm to classic arrangements.

Selection tips

Pay attention to the surface size - a 35 cm diameter likes to have a bit of “breathing space” around it so it doesn’t overwhelm small tables.
Match the LED light color to the function of the area: warmer favors relaxation, neutral supports concentration.
Think about layered lighting: Asteria as mood lighting perfectly complements a ceiling light or floor lamp.
If you like symmetry, consider two pieces on either side of the sofa or bed - you’ll gain cohesion and better light distribution.

Choose wisely

Choose Asteria if you want to combine soft, naturally diffused light with a modern black-and-white accent. Select the “Black and white - Diameter 35cm x Height 37cm” variant and see how quickly you can organize and warm the atmosphere of your interior.
