Design and materials

Apollo delights with a composition of glass “petals” in a White Cloud finish, inspired by natural forms. The shades form a light, multi-layered volume which – despite the impressive size – looks subtle and modern. The cloud-white glass gently tones the light, catching reflections and smoothing them. Selection tips

• Choose the lamp diameter to the table: a common proportion is about 1/2–2/3 of the tabletop width. For tables 160–220 cm long, Ø 80 cm provides balanced light and proportions.
• Leave a comfortable clearance above the table – usually about 75–90 cm from the tabletop to the lowest point of the lamp, so it doesn’t block views or cause glare.
• Pay attention to the room height: the fixture is 120 cm tall, so it presents best with higher ceilings or above a countertop/island (the adjustable chain facilitates installation).
