Écrivez-nousLooking for a light that both warms a space and gives it character? The Goralith wall sconce combines natural black travertine with walnut wood, creating a distinctive yet calming accent on the wall. It’s a detail that sets the mood: it helps build coziness, highlights textures, and introduces an elegant, modern restraint to the interior.
Goralith is based on simple, highly refined proportions. The round plate of black travertine forms the backdrop – it draws the eye with a subtle natural pattern. On its axis sits a cylindrical walnut wood element that houses the light source and adds a pleasant, furniture-like finish. Metal details discreetly tie the composition together, and the pull chain becomes a functional accent with a slightly industrial character.
This combination is intentional: the stone brings solidity and timelessness, the walnut – softness and a homely atmosphere. As a result, the sconce looks good both on a raw concrete wall and against light plasters or wood. You don’t need extra decoration – the travertine texture is a small work of nature by itself.
Goralith works the way you design it – everything depends on the bulb you use:
– Opal/matte LED will provide gently diffused light that doesn’t glare and pleasantly “calms” the scene.
– Edison bulb will emphasize a loft character, outlining decorative filaments and creating an atmospheric glow.
The fixture works with standard wall switches, and the additional pull chain (50 cm) allows quick on/off locally – practical by the bed, in a hallway, or by a mirror. If you want dimming, choose a dimmable bulb and a compatible wall dimmer.
Tip: in places where you frequently reach for the light (e.g. by the bed), mount the sconce so the pull chain is easily accessible and the bulb does not shine directly into the eyes – this gives maximum comfort.
Note: dimming capability depends on the bulb used and a compatible dimmer.
Ready for a light that sets the mood and adds character to your interior? Choose the “∅ 18 cm x Height 10 cm, Walnut wood and black travertine” variant and bring Goralith into your project.
