Tribeca – Modern floor lamp with an alabaster shade

Looking for a single, distinctive element that will organize the space and provide soft, cozy light without glare? The Tribeca floor lamp does exactly that: it combines the natural glow of alabaster with a black metal frame to illuminate living areas and add elegance. The effect is calm, harmonious and very modern – ideal for the living room, bedroom or study.

Available in two heights and with a compact diameter of 20 cm, it’s easy to match to the scale of your interior. And because it uses the popular G9 base, you can easily choose an LED bulb and – if needed – create dimmable lighting.

Why this lamp?

Natural alabaster – the milky shade softly diffuses light, creating an atmospheric glow and reducing point glare.
Two heights – 125 cm for compact interiors or beside a sofa; 180 cm as a taller, striking accent in larger spaces.
Black metal frame – stability and durability in a timeless, modern finish.
G9 base – a wide choice of light sources, including energy-saving LEDs.
Dimmable option – with the appropriate bulb and installation you can tailor the mood to the situation.

Design and materials

Tribeca is pure geometry and consistent minimalism. A round alabaster globe with a diameter of 20 cm is mounted on a slim, black metal structure. The pairing of deep black and white stone creates a clear yet calm contrast – the photos show subtle alabaster veining that gives the light softness and visual depth.

The proportions are well considered: the compact shade does not dominate visually, and the whole retains a sense of lightness even in the taller 180 cm version. This means the lamp won’t “overload” the arrangement and works well with upholstered furniture, natural wood or stone.

Light and comfort

Alabaster acts as a natural diffuser – it scatters the beam and lowers contrast, resulting in lighting that is gentler on the eyes in relaxation areas. The light is even and soft, ideal for evening relaxation, reading or conversation.

G9 + LED – choose a bulb with your preferred color temperature (warm for atmosphere, neutral for tasks) and brightness.
Dimming – depending on the bulb and installation you can create a more intimate mood or brighten the area during the day.
Glare reduction – the semi-translucent stone shields the light source, so the glow is delicate and comfortable.

Where does it fit?

Living room – place it by a corner or an armchair/reading corner. The 125 cm version subtly closes off a zone, while the 180 cm creates a more pronounced accent.
Bedroom – it can replace a bedside lamp by an armchair or a dresser, providing a soft glow without a harsh point.
Study – indirect light for conversations and conceptual work; it helps tone down contrast at the monitor.
Hallway/entry area – a warm glow welcomes guests and highlights decor details.

Tip: in lower, more intimate rooms choose the 125 cm. In open living spaces and with higher ceilings the 180 cm will present better.

Variants

Variant color: Black and white alabaster – a classic combination that pairs easily with light and dark furniture; it adds graphic order to the interior.
Variant size: Diameter 20cm x Height 125cm – a compact height for smaller living rooms, beside a sofa or in a reading nook.
Variant size: Diameter 20cm x Height 180cm – a striking, taller accent for open-plan spaces or where you want to emphasize vertical rhythm.

Selection tips

Choose the height for the function – 125 cm for beside an armchair or sofa; 180 cm as zone lighting in a larger space.
Decide on the light color – warm (approx. 2700–3000 K) warms up evenings; neutral works well for tasks and reading. The choice depends on the G9 bulb.
Mind the proportions – the globe diameter of 20 cm is versatile; with bulky sofas place the lamp closer to the seat edge so the light reaches where you need it.
Think about dimming – if you like creating atmosphere, choose a dimmable G9 bulb compatible with your installation.

Choose your variant

Select the height that suits your space and enjoy the natural glow of alabaster in everyday use. Pick a variant, add it to your cart and see how it transforms the atmosphere of your interior.
