RioNoir - Alabaster and metal table lamp, black-and-white for living room Ø18xH74cm

Why this lamp?

• Genuine alabaster – softly diffuses light, creating a warm atmosphere and reducing glare.
• Slender, vertical form (Ø18 cm, H 74 cm) – fits into narrow spaces and visually “straightens” the wall.
• Integrated LED – even, ready-to-use light source without the need to replace bulbs.
• Three metal finishes – easily match the lamp to the interior style: from warm elegance, through an industrial semi-matte, to graphic contrast.
• Color temperature range 3000–6000K in the specification – choose the light temperature to suit the room’s mood.

Note: natural alabaster is unique – veining and translucency vary with each slab, so the pattern in your lamp will be one of a kind (photos are for reference).

Design and materials

RioNoir draws the eye with an architectural line: a vertical, white alabaster slab is “wrapped” by two curved metal plates. This pairing contrasts the stone’s softness with the metal’s defined profile – the result is elegant, graphic and very contemporary. The photos show how the metal panels subtly embrace the stone while also shaping the light beam, directing it along the wall.

• Alabaster – a natural, semi-translucent rock with a milky-white tone and warm veins; gives the impression of “light from within the stone”.
• Metal finishes – options: Gold, Mottled Pewter and Black. Gold adds a noble glow, Mottled Pewter has a calm, lightly distressed character, and deep black strengthens a modern, graphic effect.
• Proportions – diameter 18 cm and height 74 cm create a narrow, vertical accent that visually lifts the wall without weighing the space down.

The whole is coherent and distinctive, yet restrained enough to fit both modern and more classic arrangements.

Light and comfort

The integrated LED and alabaster panel provide soft, even ambient light. This light:
– does not glare – the stone acts as a natural diffuser, pleasantly “blurring” the source,
– builds atmosphere – ideal for evening relaxation, TV areas, corridors, bedrooms,
– accents elegantly – brings out wall details, artwork, a niche or the rhythm of recesses.

The specification lists three color temperatures (3000K/4000K/6000K), allowing you to choose a mood from warm and cozy to neutral or cooler.

Where it fits

• Corridors and walkways – arrange a rhythm of sconces along the wall to lead the eye and warm the space.
• Living room – flanking a sideboard, bookshelf or artwork; a great companion to main lighting when you want to dim the ceiling and keep only mood lighting.
• Dining room – as a subtle backdrop on the wall to complement the light above the table and add depth to the interior.
• Bedroom – instead of bedside lamps (on the wall) when you value clear surfaces and a soft evening glow.
• Hall and entry area – either side of a mirror or console to add a stylish welcome.

General selection tip: the slender 74 cm height works well in pairs and rhythmic layouts where verticality and proportion matter.

Variants

• ∅ 18 cm x Height 74 cm – Gold and White – Light color: Warm
• Warm, representative elegance; a great choice for a classic base or warm beiges and wood.
• ∅ 18 cm x Height 74 cm – Mottled Pewter & White – Light color: Warm
• Subdued, “craft” semi-matte; suits loft interiors and modern rustic styles.
• ∅ 18 cm x Height 74 cm – Black and White – Light color: Warm

All variants share the same format and alabaster shade; they differ in the character of the metal so you can match the lamp to your palette and interior style.

Selection tips

• Choose the light color according to function: 3000K warms and relaxes, 4000K is neutral for everyday activities, 6000K is suitable for technical areas.
• Mount the sconce so that the center of the illuminated part is roughly at adult eye level (approx. 150–160 cm) – this ensures comfort and minimizes glare.
• When paired on either side of a mirror or artwork, maintain symmetry and appropriate spacing from the edge (usually 20–30 cm).
• In a long corridor plan the rhythm every few steps so the light fields gently overlap – you’ll achieve a cohesive, “hotel-like” effect.
