Puglis

Are you looking for a wall sconce that will both warm up your interior and give it a distinctive character? Puglis combines natural materials – the warmth of walnut wood and the depth of black travertine – creating an elegant, minimalist lighting accent. It’s a light that organizes the space, sets the mood, and highlights wall textures without dominating the decor.

Why this lamp?

The combination of walnut wood and black travertine – you get a timeless contrast of warmth and cool elegance.
Slim form with a compact diameter – easy to fit in narrow hallways, next to a sofa, or beside a mirror.
Two lighting effects (down or up&down) depending on the height – choose the atmosphere to match the room’s function.
Universal E26/E27 socket – easily pair with your preferred LED or Edison bulb.
Solid wall mounting (hardwired) – clean finish with no visible cables.

Design and materials

Puglis is a pure, architectural line. A cylindrical body of black travertine sits on a minimalist walnut wood base (Walnut). The black of the stone introduces noble depth, while the walnut base warms the composition and helps coordinate with furniture and floors. The sconce’s slim profile leaves only light and material on the wall – without unnecessary details.

Black travertine – a strong, expressive accent that pairs well with concrete, textured plasters, white, and earthy tones.
Walnut wood – a pleasant, natural counterpoint that “softly” ties the sconce to the rest of the furnishings.
Proportions – the narrow diameter and different heights let you perfectly scale the lamp to the size of the wall.

Light and comfort

Puglis emits directional light, creating a cozy, architectural effect on the wall:
– Heights 16, 23 and 60 cm: light directed downward (Downward light only). This is a practical solution for circulation routes, next to a sofa, or as auxiliary lighting – the light does not glare and subtly “falls” along the wall.
– Height 32 cm: light up and down (Up and down lighting). You get a “wash wall” effect on both sides that beautifully models the wall and adds depth to the space.

Depending on the bulb you choose (E26/E27) you can achieve a more decorative, atmospheric glow (Edison-style bulb) or economical, functional light (LED). If you want mood control, use a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer.

Where it fits

Living room: place sconces on both sides of the fireplace, a bookcase or a painting to emphasize symmetry and add coziness to the seating area.
Hallway: hang several in a row – you’ll get calm, even guidance of light and an elegant visual axis.
Bedroom: instead of bedside lamps – on both sides of the bed. You’ll gain free space on the nightstand and a soft, non-glare glow for evening reading.
Stairs and vestibules: the narrow diameter means the lamp doesn’t “stick out,” and the directional light discreetly illuminates circulation areas.
Study: a sconce as an accent above a console or beside a bookshelf organizes the composition and adds class to the interior.

In practice, shorter heights work better where the space is narrower or lower, while the longer height is ideal when you want to visually “stretch” the wall and achieve a more sculptural effect.

Warianty

Choose the height and lighting mode suited to your space. We preserved the variant names exactly as on the site:
– ∅ 7 cm x Wysokość 16 cm (Downward light only) – a compact accent, ideal by doors, mirrors, in narrow corridors or as subtle light next to a sofa.
– ∅ 7 cm x Wysokość 23 cm (Downward light only) – a more pronounced line on the wall, good for entry zones and circulation routes.
– ∅ 7 cm x Wysokość 32 cm (Up and down lighting) – the two-way up&down effect beautifully “washes” the wall with light; great for the living room and bedroom when you want to emphasize plaster texture or decor.
– ∅ 7 cm x Wysokość 60 cm (Downward light only) – a strong, vertical accent for high walls and representative spaces; it sculpts the interior and organizes the composition.

Color: Walnut wood and black travertine – a versatile combination that works with modern minimalism as well as interiors with a touch of classic elegance.

Want an “up and down” light effect? Choose the 32 cm variant (Up and down lighting).
In the bedroom and living room, opt for pairs of sconces beside a mirror, bed, or bookcase – you’ll achieve a cohesive, natural rhythm.
Plan to change the light mood throughout the day? Use a dimmable E26/E27 bulb and a compatible dimmer.

Choose the Puglis height that fits your wall and see how a single light can organize the space and highlight the character of the interior.
