Cary – Elongated Alabaster Pendant Lamp, Modern, Length 100/120 cm – LED Lamp over Table

Are you looking for a light that will evenly illuminate a long table and add a noble character to the interior? Cary, made from natural alabaster, combines a modern line with the soft, pleasant glow of the stone — exactly where you need quality, consistency and style.

This is an elongated lamp that organizes the space above a table or kitchen island, emphasizing the arrangement without being flashy. You gain a mature design and comfortable lighting that simply works in everyday use.

Why this lamp?

Natural alabaster – the semi-translucent stone softly diffuses light, builds a cozy atmosphere and reduces pinpoint glare.
Proportions for long tops – 100/120 cm variants allow even illumination of the central area of a table or island.
LED – a modern, energy-efficient light source provides a stable, uniform output along the entire length of the fixture.
Brass – a solid, elegant fixture accentuates the material’s class and adds warmth to the arrangement.
Two light colors – warm or cool, to match the atmosphere to the time of day and the room’s function.

Design and materials

Cary is the essence of pure form: a slim, elongated alabaster block supported by subtle brass details. Alabaster — a natural stone — has delicate veining and varied translucency; as a result each piece displays a unique pattern. The photos show how light penetrates the white stone, creating a velvety, even band of light — without harsh edges on the tabletop. Brass elements give the whole an elegant, timeless frame and enhance the sense of quality. The proportions are balanced: the lamp is visually light, yet sufficiently distinctive to become the focal point of the composition above the table.

Light and comfort

Alabaster acts as a natural diffuser. LED light spreads evenly along the fixture, which supports visual comfort — you illuminate the tabletop without sharp „spots“ and with a reduced risk of glare. Choosing warm light creates a soft, intimate scene for gatherings, dinners and relaxation. Cool light emphasizes the modern character of the kitchen, aids concentration and highlights details in clean, minimalist arrangements. In practice this means that Cary performs well both daily and on occasions — always with the same elegance and consistency of light.

Where it fits

Dining room – over a long table to evenly light the central area and highlight table settings.
Kitchen – over an island or peninsula as a clear band of light for work and serving.
Living room – over a coffee table or in the dining area of an open-plan living room to organize the composition.
Office/study – over a conference table for even, representative lighting.
Hallways and transition zones – as a linear guiding accent that gives the space rhythm and direction.

Variants

Light color (variant): Warm – a cozy atmosphere for dining rooms and living rooms; Cool – a fresh, modern impression, good for kitchens and workspaces.
Variant size: Diameter 100cm x Height 8cm – a slim scale suitable for most 4–6‑person tables and standard islands.
Variant size: Diameter 120cm x Height 8cm – a more pronounced presence for longer tops and spacious rooms.

Selection tips

For a table 180–220 cm long, fixtures of about 100–120 cm are usually chosen to evenly cover the middle of the tabletop.
For a narrower island or a table for 4–6 people opt for the 100 cm variant; for wider and longer tops consider 120 cm.
Warm light warms wood and upholstery; cool light emphasizes stone, steel and white in modern kitchens.
In open spaces choose the larger variant — it visually organizes the zone and scales better with the interior.

Scenarios that work

Dinner in the dining room: 120 cm variant, warm light — even band of light along the table and a cozy atmosphere.
Morning coffee at the island: 100 cm variant, cool light — a clear, bright scene that supports energy and focus.
Design meeting in the office: 120 cm over the table — a representative accent and clear readability of materials on the tabletop.
Modern corridor: a linear alabaster accent that organizes the passage axis and adds class to the interior.

A decision that pays off

You choose a lamp that combines natural alabaster, the elegance of brass and the functionality of LED in a form created for long tops. Select your preferred light color, choose the size matched to your table and see how the atmosphere of the interior changes.
