Yum – Minimalist Alabaster Pendant Lamp

Looking for a light that calms a space while becoming a refined accent in the interior? The Yum pendant lamp made of natural alabaster combines the softness of stone with a simple form, providing a cozy, even glow and harmonious proportions. It’s a discreet yet distinctive answer to the need for elegant lighting that you can easily adapt above a table, island, or as a focal point in the living room.

Yum doesn’t overwhelm the interior — it brings order. It naturally diffuses light, highlights textures and colors, and at the same time introduces stylistic coherence in modern arrangements.

Why this lamp?

Natural alabaster – a semi-translucent stone that subtly diffuses light, reduces glare, and creates an atmospheric, “soft” glow.
Minimalist form – a clean, cylindrical shade with ideal proportions that appears lightweight even in smaller spaces.
Adjustable suspension – conveniently set the height above a table, counter, or seating area.
G9 socket and LED – easy bulb replacement, energy efficiency, and dimmability options.
Two size variants – choose a scale to suit the floor area and function: a compact accent or a stronger, sculptural presence.

Design and materials

Detail matters in Yum. The cylindrical shade of natural alabaster has a delicate, milky tone with subtle veining that arranges differently in each piece. It’s the stone that gives the lamp an organic depth: when light passes through the material, the alabaster’s pattern becomes visible but never loud.

The upper part in metal visually organizes the form and adds a modern character. The whole is kept in a white tone, so the lamp pairs well with both light and contrasting interiors. The minimalist design makes Yum perfect for spaces where clean lines and material coherence matter.

Light and comfort

Alabaster acts like a natural diffuser: it scatters the beam, softens contrasts, and builds a pleasant mood without harsh hotspots. It’s ideal everyday lighting — clear enough for conversation at the table, yet soothing in the evening when you want to slow down.

The G9 standard gives freedom to choose the bulb, including LED, to achieve the desired light character. The dimming function (with appropriate bulb and control) lets you switch with one move from “work/study” to “relax/dinner”.

Where it fits

Dining room – hang Yum centrally above the table to define the shared dining area. Add a second unit for long tables to achieve an even rhythm of light.
Kitchen island – opt for 2–3 lamps in a row. Alabaster will soften the glow above the worktop and reduce reflections on glossy surfaces.
Living room – as zonal lighting above a coffee table or as an accent near a reading chair.
Bedroom – suspended low on either side of the bed to replace bedside lamps, leaving the nightstand surface free.
Home office / hallway – a single piece will brighten a circulation route, while a pair introduces rhythm and axial order.

Variants

Diameter 14cm x Height 17.5cm – compact for smaller tables, narrower islands, and low ceilings; also excellent in multiples (2–3 pcs.).
Diameter 18cm x Height 30cm – a more sculptural scale for the living room or a larger dining area; as a single unit it creates a strong accent, in pairs it builds an elegant rhythm above a longer surface.

Selection tips

Choose the shade size to match the scale of the room: the smaller variant creates lightness, the larger one a more pronounced accent.
Above a table or island maintain optical balance: position the center of the lamp centrally in relation to the surface.
For longer areas, two or three identical lamps usually work better than a single overpowering focal point.
If you plan atmospheric evenings, choose a dimmable G9 source and adjust brightness to the situation.

Take the next step

Select the size variant, set the suspension length to suit your space, and see how the natural glow of alabaster transforms the room’s atmosphere.
