EscríbenosLooking for atmospheric lighting that highlights the character of your walls and adds elegance to the space? Calderis combines natural alabaster with subtle gold to introduce soft, pleasantly diffused light into the bedroom, hallway, or living room. Its minimalist form makes it a sconce that doesn’t overwhelm — it simply makes a discreet impression.
Calderis is the essence of simplicity: a smooth sphere of white alabaster on a discreet gold base. The natural pattern of the stone makes each piece unique – subtle veining and «snowy» translucency create a warm, slightly milky glow on the wall. The gold detail of the body emphasizes the noble character of the shade without dominating – in photos you can see the fitting remains a backdrop for the light.
Proportions are well considered: choose between a sphere with a diameter of Ø12 cm or Ø15 cm, both mounted on a Ø12 cm rosette. This means even the larger variant doesn’t look heavy, and the smaller one doesn’t «disappear» on the wall. It’s a visually clean, harmonious form that adds a calm rhythm to the interior.
Worth knowing: the alabaster pattern naturally varies – it’s an advantage, because you gain a unique piece, not a copy.
Alabaster works like a soft filter. It diffuses the beam from the G9 bulb, softening contrasts and providing a cozy, even glow. In practice this means:
– by the bed – light for evening relaxation that doesn’t dazzle the eyes,
– in the corridor – a continuous band of glow guiding through the space,
– in the living room – gentle accent lighting for a gallery wall, niche, or shelves.
You can use an LED or Edison G9 bulb – choose the color temperature (warm for relaxation, neutral for communication) and power without compromise. If you use dimmable G9 bulbs with a compatible dimmer, you can easily build an evening mood; the lamp normally works with a typical wall switch.
When choosing the size, consider the scale of the wall and the distance to other elements (frames, shelves, door frames): the smaller sphere will subtly emphasize details, the larger one will add a more decorative accent.
In both variants the rosette/mounting box has a diameter of Ø12 cm, and the body is finished in gold – making it easy to maintain consistency when combining different sizes in one space.
Ready for a subtle, natural glow on your wall? Choose the Calderis diameter, select a G9 bulb and see how the atmosphere of the room changes.
