Alabion - Square alabaster ceiling light, elegant, 30/40/50/60cm

Why this lamp?

• Natural alabaster – a semi-translucent stone subtly diffuses the beam, reducing glare and creating a soothing atmosphere.
• Brass detail – a noble accent adds elegance and organizes the ceiling composition.
• Low height 10 cm – perfect for lower rooms and places where visual lightness matters.
• Four sizes – from 30 to 60 cm to match the scale of light to the room size and function.
• LED and choice of color temperature – Warm or Cool light option to set the mood for different activities.

Design and materials

The photos show a square flush mount with a uniform white shade made of natural alabaster. This material features delicate veining, so each piece has its own individual character. Alabaster is both decorative and functional – it diffuses light softly and evenly, and its substantial texture adds class without being flashy.

The brass element provides an elegant, warm finish that highlights the stone’s natural qualities. The proportions are balanced: the modest 10 cm height keeps the fixture close to the ceiling, maintaining a minimalist line and a tidy composition. The square form fits modern arrangements – from calm Scandinavian interiors to more refined settings where the quality of materials matters.

Light and comfort

Alabaster acts here as a natural diffuser. It lights the room with a consistent, soft glow, softening contrasts and limiting point glare. This is light that does not tire the eyes and builds atmosphere – cozy in the Warm version and energizing and clear in the Cool version. Therefore the flush mount works well both in relaxation areas and wherever you need clarity of detail.

Where it fits

• Living room – a central fixture for even illumination of the living area, also paired with floor lamps and wall sconces.
• Bedroom – soft, soothing glow without harsh shadows that supports relaxation and daily routines.
• Dining room – above the table or centered on the table axis; the natural stone conveys a sense of hospitality.
• Hallway and foyer – the low height organizes the space and doesn’t visually weigh down the ceiling.
• Kitchen or home office – choose the Cool tone when precision and concentration are priorities.

Variants – choose scale and mood

• Diameter 30cm x Height 10cm – compact for smaller rooms, corridors, and entry areas.
• Diameter 40cm x Height 10cm – a universal choice for bedrooms and medium-sized living rooms.
• Diameter 50cm x Height 10cm – a more noticeable presence above a table or at a room’s focal point.
• Diameter 60cm x Height 10cm – an impressive flush mount for spacious interiors and representative areas.

• Proportions relative to the tabletop: above a table or island, a diameter of about 1/3–1/2 of the tabletop width usually looks good.
