Bordeauxa - Yellow travertine pendant lamp, for over the table, Ø12/15/21 cm

Why this lamp?

• Natural yellow travertine – each piece has a unique pattern and porosity, so you get an authentic, “living” material instead of an imitation.
• Three sculptural silhouettes to choose from – match the proportions to the size of the table, countertop or side table.
• A warm walnut wood accent – the walnut ring adds depth and warms the composition of stone and metal.
• Comfortable, directional light – the white interior of the shade helps limit glare and subtly softens the downward beam.
• Flexible installation – a 150 cm adjustable cord and common E26/E27 sockets make it easy to choose a bulb for mood and function.

Light and comfort

Bordeauxa lights functionally – directionally downwards, perfect over surfaces where you need brightness without glare: the tabletop, island, desk. The white underside acts as a subtle shield, helping to soften the light and hide the source from view. You choose an E26/E27 bulb, so you decide the mood:
– warm color and lower wattage – a cozy, dinner atmosphere,
– neutral color and higher wattage – better visibility for work, cooking or reading.

Want to dim? Choose a dimmable bulb and a compatible wall dimmer to smoothly switch between work and relaxation modes.

Variants

Choose the size that best matches the scale of your space:
– ∅ 12 cm × Height 12 cm – compact cylinder; great as a single piece above a side table, in a row above a narrow island or as a rhythmic set of 3 over a table up to 160–180 cm.
– ∅ 15 cm × Height 15 cm – proportional cone; a universal choice for most dining rooms, often used in pairs or trios above a table 160–220 cm.
– ∅ 21 cm × Height 9 cm – flat disk; provides a wider “frame” of light, looks good above a larger table or island, solo or 2–3 in a line.

Each variant retains the same material palette: yellow travertine, walnut detail and white shade finish.

Selection tips

• Above a table 140–180 cm it usually looks good to have 2–3 lamps spaced evenly; for longer tables (200–260 cm) consider 3–4 pieces.
• Leave spacing between shades so the light evenly covers the tabletop – typically 60–80 cm between centers for long tables and islands.
• Set the suspension height above the tabletop usually around 75–85 cm – so the lamps don’t obstruct eye contact and don’t glare.
• If you combine different silhouettes, keep a consistent rhythm (e.g. disk in the middle, cylinder and cone on the sides) to achieve a harmonious composition.
