ScriviciAre you looking for a small but distinctive lamp that will add soft, cozy light to a space while elevating the décor? Athenora combines a sculptural form with natural stone and a warm golden reflection, instantly creating atmosphere – in the bedroom, living room or home office.
The compact body of black travertine and the gilded interior form a duo that calms, warms and elegantly organizes the space. It’s a detail that makes a difference without dominating the room.
Athenora is a monolithic, rounded form made of black, matte travertine – a stone with natural porosity and subtle veining. The stone body is slightly tilted, giving it a sculptural character and directing light where you need it. The inside of the shade is finished with gilding (gold leaf), which warms the color and gives the light reflections a noble, “jewel-like” tone.
Combination:
– black travertine (outside) – calm, matte, natural texture,
– golden interior (inside the shade) – soft sheen and warm reflection,
makes the lamp look great both in minimalist settings and in glamour, japandi or modern classic interiors. Metal details emphasize the quality of craftsmanship while maintaining a restrained, timeless aesthetic.
The lamp’s construction favors indirect lighting: the bulb is shielded and directed light reflects off the gilded interior. In practice:
– you reduce glare and reflections,
– you gain an atmospheric glow – ideal for reading before bed, watching a movie, conceptual work or evening winding down,
– you create a “spotlight” effect that organizes the space and accentuates surrounding textures (books on a shelf, ceramics on a dresser, sofa fabrics).
You can use a standard LED bulb or a decorative Edison bulb (E26/E27), up to 40 W. Thanks to the golden interior, even a neutral light source will take on a warmer, more pleasant character.
The compact proportions (about 18 × 17 cm) offer flexibility: the lamp doesn’t dominate the surface, and its visual “quietness” allows it to pair well with other fixtures in the room.
Thanks to the different Plug Options you can match the lamp to the socket standard where it will be used – without adapters or compromises.
Note: travertine is a natural stone – the texture and shades may vary slightly between pieces, which is part of the material’s authenticity.
Select the Plug Options matching your socket, place the Athenora where you want more warmth and character – and see how it changes the atmosphere of your interior.
