• Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after your order has been processed.
• Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered the next business day.

International Shipping

• Currently, Lumiesta ships only within the Europe. 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending back the item.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documentation. Ship the item to the return address provided in the return authorization.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
